I was booking a study room, didn’t book it, but now I can’t book it in at that time. What happened?

Answer

When you start a booking the system "holds" the booking in a queue until a system timeout occurs. You may have luck clearing your cache or using a different browser (or device). If neither of those work, let us know and we can try to manually add the booking on our end. The system should reset within 15 minutes, though, and you'll be able to rebook without issue at that time.
