I am trying to access an electronic resource, but the system is not accepting my CLC login info. Can you help?

If you are a currently enrolled student or a currently working faculty/staff member, you should be able to access this material. Chat with us or give us a call (847.543.2071) so we can troubleshoot with you.
Some scenarios where you won't have access:
- You recently dropped all classes and therefore aren't currently enrolled
- You were enrolled last semester but have yet to enroll for the next
- You were granted an incomplete but haven't (or aren't planning to) enroll for next semester
- In this case, contact us!
- You enrolled today (or recently)
- Student loads occur overnight. It may take up to 24 hours for you to be able to access materials.
- You've enrolled for the next semester but cannot currently access materials.
- You must be enrolled in the current semester. Records are usually added before the start of the semester but the library does not control when the start date occurs. Let us know if you have questions.
